There are copies of several mortgages drawn up by the firm, and replies from Eastern Canada, the United States and Britain to various real estate advertisements place by the F.C. Innes Co. Dominion Day Celebration Committee fonds
The fonds contains four volumes of minutes of the Dominion Day Celebration Committee, 1890-1900; included with the minutes are financial statements, reports of the sub-committees, and programme discussions. Relevant clippings are also attached throughout the volumes. The fonds also includes invitations (1887, 1888), programmes (1887-1904), a statement of account held with the Empire Wine Company (1887), and a bank book (1904).

Alexander Maitland Stephen collection
The scrapbook contains material relating to A.M. Stephen's literary, political and social activities, 1928-1942. Included are newspaper clippings of reviews of his books and recital tours, from Vancouver to Halifax. There are brochures advertising his works, copies of "Lords of the Air", and three published essays. Christmas cards from his friends as well as A.M. Stephen's own cards are in the scrapbook. There are pamphlets on the Spanish civil war, one by Dr. Norman Bethune, pamphlets and photographs on the war between China and Japan in the 1930s, and pamphlets on fascism in general. A.M. Stephen wrote a pamphlet on the war in China (1939). A report on The Pacific Northwest Embargo Conference held in Vancouver in April 1939 is included. There is a copy of a photograph of The Child Welfare Association of B.C., 1919-1920, showing Stephen as first vice-president. The proceedings of the second annual conference of The Child Welfare Association held in October 1919 are also included. There is a complete copy of an issue of "The Western Tribune", dated 19 October 1929. Material is arranged chronologically in the scrapbook with loose items in an accompanying box.

The textual records present a richly detailed account of the development and evolution of the Children's Hospital over the course of fifty years. The records reflect the daily operations and long range plans of the hospital through reports and the minutes from meetings by the Board of Directors, the standing committees (Executive, Finance, Hospital, Clinic, Building, etc.), the Hospital Administrator, and Medical Staff. A substantial group of photographs is physically maintained in CVA 754. The correspondence reflects the concerns and daily lives of his immediate family (parents and siblings) back in Liverpool, and his relationships to them, as well as general reflections on world affairs, particularly World War II. The collected publications include two on the topic of transvestism.

The City of Vancouver Archives documentary art collection consists of visual art works relating to the social, political, cultural and artistic history of Vancouver. Items in the collection include original works of art (acrylic, oil, and watercolor paintings; drawings; cartoons; and illuminations), original prints, and sculptures.
The works in the City of Vancouver Archives documentary art collection are differentiated from other categories of art by their emphasis on factual, objective representation rather than conceptual or interpretive representation. Fonds includes family films shot by various members of the Spencer family, including Col. Victor Spencer, his wife Gertrude, and their children Isabell Louise and Victor Vance Spencer. The films document the family at their homes in British Columbia. Locations include Aberthau in Vancouver, homes in West Vancouver, and some of the family ranches: Earlscourt Ranch in Lytton, Douglas Lake Ranch in Nicola Valley, Pavillion Ranch on Pavillion Mountain, and the Circle S Ranch at Dog Creek. The collection also contains copies of "Typo Times", a weekly news sheet issued by the Union during the Vancouver Province strike of 1946-1948. In addition, there are broadsheets issued at the time of the 1946-1948 strike and the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Union, as well as invitation cards issued on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the I.T.U. No. 226.

The second volume is a collection of "Rhymes & Sketches to illustrate the Cleveland Dialect" by Mrs. G.M. Tweddell, 1875. The third volume is an "International Official Souvenir, Tenth Biennial Convention, Brotherhood Railway Carmen of America", 1907.
