The president of the Citizens Council of Civic Development speaks in favour of implementing the plebicite. Jane Rittenhouse also speaks in favour of a partial (not full) ward system. A representative on behalf of Lower Mainland Council of the Canadian Association Of Industrial, Mechanical and Allied Workers presents in favour of the ward system.
