Administrative history
The firm of Muirhead and Justice was a landscape architecture firm operating in Vancouver, B.C.
The partnership was formed when Clive Justice became a partner of his employer Desmond Muihead. Justice had been employed at Desmond Muirhead & Associates since 1953. In 1961, Desmond Muirhead effectively left the firm, moving to the United States to practice as a golf course designer, eventually forming a world-famous design partnership with Jack Nicklaus.
In ca. 1963, Muirhead sold his partnership interest in Muirhead & Justice to Clive Justice. In 1964, Justice formally ended the firm when he formed a new partnership with employee Harry J. Webb. Webb had been employed at Desmond Muirhead & Associates, then Muirhead & Justice, since 1953.
