Item is an annotated photocopy of a map of Chinatown showing streets, buildings and the number of stories in each building. Includes the area bounded by Taylor Street, Hastings Street, Gore Avenue and Keefer Street. The Provincial Historic Site Boundary, designated February 2, 1971, is drawn and indicated on the map. Notations pertaining to the boundary and the indication of the number of stories in each building appear on the map.

Item is a map showing the city and district of North Vancouver. It shows paved roads, gravel roads, unopened roads and a graphical depiction of the population as of 1947. A small inset map shows the position of the city of North Vancouver and the district of North Vancouver in relation to Vancouver, Burrard Inlet and West Vancouver. Annotations appear to be in J.S. Matthews' hand, noting a portion of North Vancouver as "King's Lynn".

The name of the business, business owner, or type of business is noted for most commercial and industrial buildings.

On verso, the item includes descriptions of major Vancouver residences, imports, exports, businesses and other landmarks.

Item contains information on the sale of lots in Champlain Heights by the City of Vancouver. A map shows lot numbers, lot sizes, lot values and sidewalk crossings in the area from Rosemont Drive in the north to 63rd Avenue in the south and from Butler Street in the east to Kerr Street in the west, and text outlines the details associated with sales.

The map is a positive blueprint of the City of Vancouver with boundaries, streets block numbers & the harbour headline. A detailed compass appears in the top left corner of the map. The legend is also in the top left hand corner depicting City boundaries, Harbour headlines, Postal Blocks, and street numbers. There is a copy of the Map included, Map 71B, and it includes the Geographic Census Tracts.

The westernmost identifiable point on the map is the Straight of Georgia, and the easternmost is Boundary Road. The northernmost point on the map is the Stanley Park, the southernmost is Sea Island and Twiggs Island.
