George Charlesworth's records relating to Spencer's Department Store

Series consists of photographs showing scenes of David Spencer Ltd. (Spencer's Department store) company employees at the office and dinners, sports teams, World War II aid efforts as well as the group known as "The Remnants" made up of World War I veterans for which George Charlesworth was a member. Series also includes a small amount of textual materials related to The Remnants, including two 1949 Eaton's company newsletters, just after Spencer's was sold to the T. Eaton Company.
