- Item: CVA 265-37 - Taken by long-distance lens from below cable anchorage on South Shore. North Shore steel is going up. Workmen are wearing steel helmets.
- Item: CVA 265-52 - The 61 strands in each suspension cable are secured to seven steel butts shown above. These butts are set in tons of solid concrete.
