The fonds includes the following series: Administrative records (1931-1986), which includes minutes, financial records, general correspondence, and related materials; Bulletins, newsletters, histories and promotional materials (1924-1985); Dominion Drama Festival (1933-1971), which includes correspondence, minutes, reports, programmes and other records pertaining to the Festival; Newspaper clippings; Other theatres and associations (1833-1983), including records pertaining to various British Columbian drama festivals, the Metropolitan Theatre Society, the Vancouver Shakespeare Festival Society and other festivals and organizations; Photographs, including publicity portraits, cast photographs and production photographs; Productions (1966-1974), including administrative and other records arranged by individual productions; Programmes (1921-1977); Scrapbooks (1907-1964); and Scripts.
