The Vancouver Committee for the Reception of their Majesties was organized to plan the visit of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth to Vancouver in 1939.
Custodial history
Scope and content
The fonds consists of correspondence, financial records and other materials, photographs of the 1939 royal visit to Vancouver, and twelve volumes of press clippings. The fonds also contains a photographic copy of the bound address presented to King George VI by Mayor L. Telford.
