Commencing at Tenth Avenue and Birch Street; north on Birch to Eighth Avenue, east on Eighth to Oak Street; south on Oak to Broadway; west on Broadway to Spruce Street; south on Spruce to Tenth Avenue; west on Tenth to point of commencement. The following names have been enumerated during a recent house-to-house visitation in the above mentioned polling division by a pair of urban enumerators. . . ."
