S.W. Hopper Ltd. was a building contracting firm founded by builder Samuel Wellington Hopper, most likely in 1930.

Samuel Hopper was born in Ontario in 1872 to Irish and American parents. At some point he left Canada, returning in 1930. About 1940 the company name was changed to Hopper's Homes Ltd. Hopper retired in 1948 and died in 1953.
