Original disc was sent to the B.C. Archives due to preservation concerns. The BC Archives transferred the contents of the disc to an audio reel. The discs and reel were returned to City of Vancouver Archives in 2012.
Scope and content
Item is an audio reel containing a recording of the presentation of Nelson's telescope to City of Vancouver (from side one of original disc) and an interview with surgeon Captain Archie McCallum, RCN about immersion foot treatment (from side two of original disc).
