Custodial history

David Repa, a salvage and recycling business operator, purchased these films along with many other items collected and created by Peter McNae. After McNae left Vancouver, he never returned to claim his belongings from the home he had shared with a roommate. Eventually McNae's former roommate needed to remove McNae's belongings from the building they occupied, so he put them up for sale, and Repa bought them. Repa donated the Peter McNae films in two accessions, one in 2012 and one in 2013.

Scope and content

File contains nineteen films by Peter McNae showing the Habitat forum and grounds, outdoor concerts and home movie footage.
