General note

"CP Rail seeks community input - preliminary designs are on review November 1, 2, and 3. Community feedback is important at this stage. . . CP Rail System owns just over six acres of undeveloped land in the False Creek neighbourhood. Under most circumstances, it would be relatively straightforward for a land owner to hire architects to design buildings for a six-acre site - but not so in this situation. The land owned by CP Rail is exceptionally long - just over a mile - and quite narrow - 50 feet. A property of this unusual proportion can't be disigned as one site; it needs to be looked at as several properties. . . ."
