The fonds consists of minutes, general correspondence, constitutions and by-laws, membership, finance, group photographs of members, subject files, publications, and an extensive file of clippings on B.C. history. Also included is a set of blueprint plans entitled "Maritime Museum and Arctic Circle" submitted in 1957 to the Vancouver Centennial Committee for British Columbia's Centennial.
Immediate source of acquisition
Donated by past Grand Factor W. E. Greenwood in 1975 and by Grand Archivist, Percival Bryant in 1984.
