Biographical history

The Native Sons of British Columbia was founded in 1898 to promote the interests of British Columbia, Canada, and the British Empire. It spoke out on matters relating to British Columbia history, citizenship, and Oriental exclusion. Various Posts were established in the Province. The Grand Post consisted of delegates elected from various subordinate Posts and functioned as a governing and advisory body.
