Philp then presents a poem about the Snowbirds, which is read by Major Dan Dempsey. Bill Johnson joins O.B. Philp at the podium and they present a copy of their book about the Snowbirds to Major Dan Dempsey, then Dempsey presents O.B. Philps with a stained glass piece.
