File consists of correspondence, photographs, notes, lists, inventories, and financial and other records pertaining to the death of L.D. Taylor, his funeral and the settlement of his estate. File includes two photographs of the funeral and two letters from Vancouver City Archivist J.S. Matthews. Also included in the file is correspondence from Ted Taylor to Edith Baker concerning L.D.'s funeral and burial, and correspondence with Ken and various companies pertaining to the settlement of L.D.'s estate and the shipping of items to the U.S. The file also contains Ted's notes concerning the births, deaths and final resting places of immediate relatives in the Taylor and Pierce families, and a death claim statement listing details of L.D.'s health.
