History

Gerald Aldwyn Kent was a British-born civil engineer. He appears to have been either employed by or a contractor for the firm Cleveland & Cameron, and was involved in a number of hydro-electric surveys conducted in the Green River and Green Lake area between 1913 and 1923. In the case of the later surveys he was contracted by the City of Vancouver.
