Item is a film showing Jean and Kenny McCuaig's trip south to Las Vegas and the Santa Anita horse races, Annette Island and Ketchikan Alaska, Mount Waddington, playing baseball, surf boards, camping at Penticton, the Grey Cup Parade in 1962 and Harrison Hot Springs.

Item is a photograph. Notes written on the back include:
"This is an early Vancouver plane, one of the first after the war. It fell into English Bay, and drowned the son of a clergyman. I think his name was Brenton.
It was recovered and rebuilt by defunct 'Dominion Airways' of Vanc'r, and, in 1939, was stated to be lying, disused, at Sea Island Airport.
I think, at time it fell, that it belonged to a firm called Canada Aircraft Ltd, Vancouver, about 1919 or 1920"

Aerospace Industry in BC [British Columbia]

Item is a short video highlighting business opportunities in British Columbia. It was created from the "Economic Development" (1992) 16mm, colour, raw footage (90 minutes); footage of the electronic and aerospace industry around Vancouver. From this and other footage from Yaletown Productions, two programs were edited for the Province of British Columbia, Ministry of Economic Development, Small Business and Trade. This short focuses on the aerospace industry in BC. Narration of this film compares the Snowbirds, Canada's military airshow team and goes on to explain the advantages of living and working in BC.
