The collection consists of family history and genealogical material concerning the descendants of John Morton (b.1764); copy of a letter from John Morton (b.1834); copies of letters from Joseph Morton, Vancouver real estate broker, to Beaumont Morton, 1913-1926; photographs.
Yucho Chow Community Archive collection
Collection consists of records collected and created by Catherine Clement throughout her ten-year research project on Yucho Chow and Yucho Chow Studio, which led to the 2019 exhibition "Chinatown Through a Wide Lens: The Hidden Photographs of Yucho Chow," and the 2020 book of the same title. The collection includes 510 photographs contributed by diverse communities, 75 family photographs contributed by Yucho Chow’s descendants, news clippings, studio graphic design work and ephemera, media stories, and project records.
Fonds consists of records relating to the operation of James Inglis Reid, Ltd. The fonds includes business ledgers which reflect the daily commerce and production of the shop. Ledgers include extensive figures on sausage kitchen production, daily orders, sales, staff hours, and financial statements. The fonds also includes meeting minutes of the company shareholders, annual financial records, several samples of invoices, receipts, and correspondence. James Inglis Reid, Ltd.
Fonds consists of six photo albums depicting Baker’s personal life as a gay man living in the West End and many of his friends, as well as Pride festivals from the 1980s and other local events. Albums dating from 1990 include photographs apparently taken after Baker’s death and may have been added by another person, possibly Gary Gilbertson. Album pages include labels identifying events and people. Some album pages also have names of persons identified with sticky notes, which were applied by guests during the 2019 exhibition at the Mole Hill Community Housing Society. The fonds also includes two photographs of Max Baker provided to the Mole Hill Community Housing Society by Baker’s cousin.
The collection consists of one microfiche of the ship's plan.
The fonds includes photographs, correspondence and clippings which provide an outline of Fitch's enterprises. Photographs depict Fitch's World War 1 service, his employment as private secretary to the Mayor of Vancouver, and his career as a wrestling promoter for the Vancouver Boxing Commission.

Fonds consists of 48 personal diaries of Peter Thorne as well as one sketchbook. Entries document his daily life and his areas of interest including geology, fossils, and astronomy. Portions of entries are written in shorthand (Pitman?) script. Photograph prints are also incorporated into the diaries. Most diaries contain photographs showing views of the West End or downtown Vancouver, as well as shots of geological formations or fossils taken by Thorne either locally or during regular trips to various sites around the British Columbia or Washington State. Besides geological subject matter, photographs also generally show self portraits, family and friends, local landscapes, downtown, Stanley Park and West End streets. Diaries created later in life more predominantly consist of photographs rather than handwritten or typed entries. Each diary volume also includes a small amount of loose material such as postcards, stamps, correspondence, cards, clippings and other ephemera.

The fonds also includes correspondence consisting of inquiries regarding property for sale, individual reactions to the confiscation of property, as well as correspondence from the Department of the Secretary of State.

Fonds also includes photographs depicting interior and exterior views of Hycroft, the club's headquarters, as well as other images of prominent buildings and streets in downtown Vancouver.

Collection, curated by UBC Professor Emeritus Richard W. Pollay, is composed of marketing materials produced for Expo '86 held in Vancouver (B.C.). The collection is primarily composed of brochures, pamphlets, and bookets pertaining to Expo '86, travel, and tourism. As a result of the close relationship between the Vancouver Museums and Planetarium Association and the Vancouver Museum, some records relating to the Vancouver Museum are contained within this fonds. This is the case especially for records created before 1958, during which time the Vancouver Museums and Planetarium Association was responsible for the everyday management of the Vancouver Museum.
