William Morris Society files

Series consists of correspondence, annual reports and pamphlets of the Wiliam Morris Society. The William Morris Society was founded in England and in 1982 a Vancouver chapter was organized.

The New School files

Series consists of correspondence, reports, and memorandums pertaining to the New School. The New School was a non-profit, parent-owned, cooperative school that began operation in 1962 and closed down in 1977. The Argenta Friends School is of a similar format and located in Argenta, B.C. (Kootenay Lake). Series also contains a photographic postcard and the annual creative writing publication (the Whittler) published by the Argenta Friends School.

Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood Association files

Series consists of records of the association including correspondence, minutes, attendance records and annual reports. Other materials relate to issues pertaining to the Mount Pleasant community. The Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood Association, established in 1976, was the new name given to the Mount Pleasant Citizens' Committee the successor to the Mount Pleasant Area Council.
