File consists of two drawings related to the City's proposed projects to connect the Trans-Canada Highway to a planned additional First Narrows crossing.

Register of loan by-laws

File contains bound volume of one by-law per line listing, indicating: amount, date of maturity, number of debentures, amount of each debenture, etc. The register is in ledger style and appears to have been used to keep track of debentures paid off and outstanding.

Record of elections

Volume contains handwritten election and plebiscite results, some sample ballots, printed lists of by-laws, a "list of the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Vancouver, 1886-1927", and an "Index to Plebiscites".
