Minute books

Series consists of minutes of the Women's Auxiliary's regular meetings, executive meetings, board of directors' meetings and special meetings. Series covers the Women's Auxiliary's major activities and decisions. Series also includes minutes of the Infants' Hospital Committee, a committee formed in 1917 within the Women's Auxiliary, in providing special needs to the Infants' Department of the Vancouver General Hospital.

Financial records

Series consists of the Women's Auxiliary cash books and year-end financial statements which reflect the revenue and expenditures of the organization. Series also includes separate financial statements of the Infants' Hospital Committee since it was financially independent from the Women's Auxiliary. Separate financial statements of the Auxiliary's gift shops in the Vancouver General Hospital are also included.

Photographs

Series consists of photographs of the Women's Auxiliary members at activities including membership meetings, Auxiliary parties, Family Fairs, 60th Anniversary Celebration, serving patients in the Vancouver General Hospital, and at the Women's Auxiliary's gift shops.
