File contains material relating to Osborne and Caroline's trip to Vancouver in 1906, including a notebook in which Osborne documents places visited and photographs taken during the trip. File also includes postcards from various places in the United States and Canada, including ones sent to Vancouver by L.D. Taylor during a trip to the United States and central Canada.

Original file folder was inscribed with the following notes by Ted Taylor: "1906, Jan[uary]-Aug[ust]: T[heodore] T[aylor] finish school Vancouver; O[sborne] J.
