Real estate records include property deeds, options, agreements for sale, and other legal documents, as well as correspondence, notes, invoices, receipts and drawings. Records relating to stock investments in the Los Angeles Investment Company include account statements, agreements, receipts and other documents, newsletters, newspaper clippings, a semi-annual report and a book. The series also includes some records relating to Annie Louise Taylor's investment in the Company. In addition, the series includes government documents, legal documents, correspondence and newspaper clippings pertaining to the disbursement of Osborne's estate and pension, and notes made by Caroline concerning her estate.
