The collection consists of an annotated scrapbook compiled by Kaye MacPhail of newspaper editorials principally dealing with the beginning of World War II, 11 September 1939-11 December 1939, and an agreement between the Telegram Publishing and Printing Company of Vancouver and John M. Hay concerning street sales of the Telegram, 1891.
