File consists of Ted Taylor correspondence, as well as employment records, financial records, pages from Ted Taylor's appointment calendar, publicity and other notes, notices, newspaper clippings, articles, a postcard, a photograph of an unidentified woman and other material. The file also contains correspondence of Octavia Beaton and Mary Louise Taylor. Ted Taylor correspondence includes letters to and from L.D. Taylor, including correspondence regarding his visit to Los Angeles and a series of articles on his life printed in "The Province" newspaper. The file also contains a newspaper clipping concerning "The Left-Handed Dictionary," as well as correspondence from the Lightbearers of Los Angeles, Motion Picture Democratic Committee, 'First Year Club', Los Angeles Newspaper Guild and Screen Publicists Guild.

L.D.'s letters also include some discussion of provincial politics, his plans for the development of northern British Columbia, his desire to travel to the Peace River area, and the potential annexation of part of Canada to the U.S. Ted's letters discuss work, family activities and the birth of Mary Louise Taylor's son Peter. File also includes some Octavia Beaton correspondence.

Taylor, including letters regarding Ted's employment situation and his new publication "Hollywood Movies," as well as L.D.'s view of world events and Gerald (Gerry) McGeer's campaign for a seat in the House of Commons.

Pierce, a transcription of Caroline's memoirs, an address book that belonged either to Caroline or Annie, obituaries for Caroline, and two photographs of Caroline with her niece Minnie Twitchell Gilman, probably dating from circa 1865.

Includes correspondence with relatives and friends, including letters to L.D. Taylor and a letter from L.D. discussing his intention to run in Ominica as an independent candidate for the provincial legislature. Photograph is a studio portrait of an unidentified young man.

File also includes draft newspaper articles by Taylor and entire issues of The New Deal, Vol. 1, No. 2 (April 2, 1937) and Vol. 1, No. 37 (December 3, 1937), as well as partial issues for April 16, April 30, and May 7.
