Approved projects have a green sticker on the top right hand corner of the file, a confirmation letter advising the endorsement of the project by the Vancouver Centennial Commission along with a Use Agreement for Sponsors and Organizers. Projects not approved or endorsed have a red rectangular sticker on the top right hand corner and do not have a letter of endorsement or use agreement in the file. Some files contain a confidential program evaluation guide for committee reviews.
