The text gives a brief history of Vancouver and describes the climate and geography of the city and surrounding areas. The pamphlet includes an oblique aerial photograph of downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, Fairview and Stanley Park, with numbers indicating sites of interest, which are listed adjacent.

Includes footage of the Snowbirds alumni reunion which took place in October of 1990 in Moose Jaw, S.K. People checking in to the event and signing the guest book. Ambient noise. Interviews with [Al?] an American air show organizer, a former Snowbird pilot (1983-1984), and Yogi Kuyghebaert [?] a former Snowbirds pilot (interview continues on MI-431).

Includes an interview with an American photographer [Bill Johnson] about the Snowbirds, he had the experience of flying with the Snowbirds several times and took photographs at the invitation of Obie [O.B. Philp], a sunrise over the base in Moose Jaw, S.K., and shots of the banquet celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Snowbirds, includes some footage of the Snowbirds alumni gathering by year of service for group photographs, and some social mingling.

Includes an interview with Snowbirds Team Lead Stephan, an interview Dennis [?] and another Snowbirds team member in 1981-1982 and Team Lead from 1987-1988, an interview with a pilot [Bill] who is a fan of the Snowbirds but not a member of the Snowbirds, he talks about the skill of the Snowbirds pilots and comments on how other pilots view the skill displayed in the Snowbirds' show, ends with banquet scenes from the 20th anniversary celebration of the Snowbirds in Moose Jaw, S.K., including speeches, presentations and the audience clapping and listening.

Philp's [affectionately known as Obie] speech at the 20th anniversary Snowbirds reunion banquet in Moose Jaw, S.K. in 1990, some shots of the audience listening and reacting to the speech. O.B. Philp then presents a poem about the Snowbirds, which is read by Major Dan Dempsey. Bill Johnson joins O.B. Philp at the podium and they present a copy of their book about the Snowbirds to Major Dan Dempsey, then Dempsey presents O.B. Philps with a stained glass piece. Footage continues with an interview with outgoing Snowbirds Team Lead Major Dan Dempsey.
