A sheet has been glued to the primary map to show the Coquitlam area to the Pitt River Bridge. The entire item contains annotations showing a proposed scenic drive along Hastings Street in the north, around Stanley Park and the University Endowment Lands in the west, along Marine Drive in the south and through Coquitlam in the east. The map also shows a "tentative route of proposed arterial" from the Pitt River Bridge in the east to First Avenue and Boundary Road and Cypress Street and Boundary Road in the west. An additional sheet is a "preliminary schedule of existing roads forming part of drive". This sheet is dated 8/10/30.
