Telephone Company office, trips to other parts of British Columbia, various military and air force personnel, as well as scrapbook materials from a trip to California including commercial and personal photographs, postcards and other ephemera. File consists of the following types of architectural drawings: elevations, floor plans and structural specifications. The file documents two projects: the design of a single-family residence on the site, then a later re-development replacing that house with a multi-unit building containing a unit for Mrs Ross. None of the drawings for the later project are dated or have a job no.
