Audio cassettes pertain to the Everywoman's Health Centre which is an abortion clinic in Vancouver. Photographs depict various marches, rallies, and organizations put on by pro-choice groups. The majority of the fonds is reference materials, with a large percentage of newspaper clippings.

The journals document Mr. Wilson's travels to Canada, British Columbia, and the Yukon, his efforts to find daily employment, sustenance, and accommodations during the years of the Great Depression, leisure and recreational pursuits, his personal reflections on his health, well-being, and general situation, and observations of his daily surroundings. The correspondence reflects the concerns and daily lives of his immediate family (parents and siblings) back in Liverpool, and his relationships to them, as well as general reflections on world affairs, particularly World War II. The collected publications include two on the topic of transvestism.

The fonds includes personal papers and correspondence covering Warden's war service, the Russian Intervention and his post war activities with the West Coast Lumber Association, veterans groups and the Essex County Gaol; a file of newspaper clippings; five notebooks (1905-1919); an army paybook; rifle range notes; typed manuscripts based on his diary; and a notebook of rules he drew up for the Essex County Gaol. The photographs cover the period ca. 1883- ca. 1920, with the majority documenting his wartime service.

The fonds consists of business records from the Anglo-British Columbia Packing Company and its American subsidiaries. Most of the records span the time 1891 to 1968. The majority of the records from the ABC Packing Company fall into three series: annual records, Advisory Board minutes and legal records. The records of the Fidalgo Island Packing Company are represented by three minute books covering the period from 1895 to 1964. There is also one bound minute book which documents five U.S. fishing companies which were owned by the Fidalgo Island Packing Company from 1910 to 1927.

Fonds consists of photographs documenting the Habitat Forum conference. Most of the photographs were taken by Erol Baykal. The photographs show the Forum site, the interior and exterior of the Hangars, site construction, sawmill and lumber salvaging, creation and placement of banners and textiles, crew members, visiting delegates, tours, performers, presenters, and various other conference activities.

The fonds consists of 65 diaries written by Neil Gilchrist from 1910-1975. Neil was 16 in 1910 and wrote an entry every day until he died in 1975. There are two diaries for the year 1918 and includes time he spent in the army. The entries reflect Neil's personal and business life while living in Vancouver. The first half of the diaries include his will. Most of the latter half include a retrospect of the year. Some diaries include a "forward glance" for the upcoming year. The majority of the diaries, especially the later ones, include his cash accounts and balances.
The fonds also includes correspondence, 1910-1942, and other textual records related to the School of Ophthalmology and Optometry in Los Angeles, as well as a photographs, 1886-1924, showing family, friends, scenes around Vancouver and British Columbia as well as a travel album from around the world.

Vancouver and London (1891-1911), minute books and annual financial reports of the Bell-Irving Insurance Agencies Ltd., (1920-1973), clippings (1920-1931), and the Pacific Fisherman Yearbook (1935).
Also included are three scrapbooks of salmon can labels, summary statistics on company canneries and on the B.C. salmon canning industry, and an H. Bell-Irving and Co. Private Cipher Code (1912) and annual financial reports. There is also material relating to the management of the estate of Henry Bell Irving in Scotland. This includes document copy books, financial reports, a journal, a ledger and a cash book. Also included is a family tree compiled in ca. 1980 and a logbook dated 1907-1909 from the "Beatrice". Photographs depict workers and a group portrait of industry businessmen. Other photographs pertain primarily to Duncan Bell-Irving's aviation career during World War 1 and to the wartime experiences of his brothers Malcolm (Mick), Roderick and Richard who were also officers, and sister Isabel, a volunteer nurse in a London military hospital.
Bell-Irving family
Fonds consists of photographs primarily showing the decorative wrought iron hand rails at the entrances of houses in the Marpole neighbourhood. Taken at different periods from 1995-2003, Thompson took these photographs specifically to document the wrought iron detailing and many of these buildings have now been demolished. Other photographs included in this fonds show houses on Beach Avenue downtown boarded up for demolition, Kitsilano Showboat performances, and scenes at Vanier Park in winter.
