Caption on back of postcard: "Close to Siwash Rock and Third Beach in Stanley Park the 65 foot (21 metres) circumference 'Big Tree' stood astride the original road-way. This tree and others similar to it were spared because the park was never logged, due to the lack of column tidal current-free waters safe for booming grounds. Courtesy Lonsdale Antiques and Clocks."
