File also contains several postcards from the United States, Canada and England, a map of acreage in Township 4, Jefferson County, Oklahoma, Osborne's chequebook, 1901-1902, and other financial records.

Original file folder was inscribed with the following notes by Ted Taylor: "A[nnie] L[ouise] T[aylor]-K[enneth] T[aylor]-T[heodore] T[aylor] to CA, Nov (1 to 11); 19 Nov '06 - T[heodore] T[aylor] 4th grade Berendo; Sep '06 A[nnie] L[ouise] T[aylor] to C[aroline] L[ittle] P[ierce], while C[aroline] L[ittle] P[ierce] Vancouver and O[sborne] J. P[ierce] Tacoma, till joined C[aroline] L[ittle] P[ierce] to 1317 Catalina St. L.A.; 1 Nov. '06 - rent 1420 from Judson, $22 month; 16 Nov. - A[nnie] L[ouise] T[aylor] [?] to L.A., T[heodore] T[aylor] learns about grape harvest and goes hunting, Berendo [4th] grade, back of Amy, cross from Doris?"
