Dates are: vol. 1 (Nov. 1919 - Aug. 1925); vol. 2 (July 1924 - Feb. 1926); vol. 3 (May 1924 - Feb. 1926). The manager of the Mill and Dock was K. A. McLellan. He corresponded primarily with: Robin Hood Mills head office in Minneapolis (as well as offices in Calgary and Moose Jaw); the International Milling Company, also in Minneapolis; Vancouver Harbour Commissioners; City Engineer's Office; E. J. Ryan Contracting Co. Ltd.; Armstrong, Morrison & Co. Limited Public Works Contractors; etc. All contents are pasted into three large scrapbooks (volume numbers have been assigned by Archives, each volume has stamped numbered pages).
