The third volume is an "International Official Souvenir, Tenth Biennial Convention, Brotherhood Railway Carmen of America", 1907.

The collection consists of a four-page letter written to Ellen M. Webber of Ottawa. It describes Johnson's ill-health after a sea voyage and her recent visit with the recipient of the letter. The letter contains an additional note suggesting that the letter was written in April 1908. However, Johnson was in London, England, when she wrote the letter and she was not in London in April 1908.

Records include proceedings of an appeal case between the federal and provincial governments before the Privy Council regarding Deadman's Island, a volume of maps presented as exhibits in this appeal, and a report of the Lords of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council regarding this appeal. Collection also includes a judgement of the Lords of the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council on the appeal of the City of Vancouver vs. the Vancouver Lumber Company (and Theodore Ludgate) and on an appeal from the Court of Appeal of British Columbia. Also included is a receipt for the forwarding of legal documents to the Registrar of the Privy Council in England and correspondence pertaining to the island's lease.
