A discussion of automotive safety is accompanied by a rendering of "The Motorists Prayer" and footage of damaged cars. The film includes a drive to Little Mountain and around Stanley Park, showing Brockton Point, Lumberman's Arch, and Prospect Point, taking notice of the various license plates from around the world. The film ends with footage of boxing and other physical exercise.
