Item is a family film containing scenes of a family vacation throughout Alberta, including Jasper National Park, Edmonton, Calgary, Banff National Park and Lake Louise. The film also documents the construction at Keefer Wholesale Florist at 310 Prior Street. Pre-formed concrete slabs are lifted and tilted to make the walls of a building. The construction process also documents the various companies working on the building: Lift and Tilt Concrete, Delta Masonry, B.C. Conveying Machinery, Viking Automatic Sprinkler. The final section of the film shows the opening ceremony of Keefer Wholesale with people gathering, a band playing, speeches (silent), and dancing.

L[as] V[egas] and Air Travel to Van. Airport - Sept, 1973 and UBC Japanese Garden

Item is a film showing travel to the Las Vegas strip including hotels, casinos and desert. Film also contains air travel footage showing airport security, flight attendants serving beverages and aerial views of the US and San Francisco. Towards the end of the film, there is footage of the Vancouver Airport from the plane, and the arrivals terminal. The film ends with footage of the UBC Japanese Garden (Nitobe?) and parking lot.

Includes footage of military drills, inspection, and men packing snowshoes along with other equipment, a shot of the "Airborne Pathfinder" logo, a lecture, demonstration, and lesson on proper airborne emergency procedures, practice jumps in a gym with simulated parachute apparatus, outdoor training; men put on practice parachute gear. Includes footage of the Sunchild O'Chises School sign, the Sky hawk team entering the school with an RCMP Officer, a few spectators watch, in the school gym the Sky hawks talk to school children and show them an anti-drugs video, after the video the Sky hawks demonstrate how the parachutes work and interact with the children in smaller groups, an interview with Captain Mark A. regarding the qualities necessary to be a part of the Sky hawks team, public relations is an important factor, Mark also talks about the Sky hawks performance schedule, in the background Sky hawks team members are loading an airplane, tape ends with close-up shots of the men loading the airplane. Also includes footage taken in Moose Jaw, S.K. of the gathered dignitaries, families, media, and alumni for the final performance of the 1990 Snowbirds team as well as scenes of the show itself and the audience enjoying the demonstration.

Item is raw camera footage shot for "Return of the Cold Warriors" a half hour television documentary about the history and closing of the last Canadian Military base in Germany. Footage shows jets landing, flying, taxiing and taking off. Footage includes shots of other buildings and air hangars. Also buildings and traffic at night, Footage was transferred from film to video before transfer to the archives; sprocket holes can be seen at times. At times there is a ring of shadow around the outer rim of the frame.
