Item is a family film shot between 1953 and 1954. Footage was mostly shot at Ozama in the Dominican Republic and includes many shots of Alix Cherniavsky as a baby with her parents Peter and Ann Cherniavsky. Also shown are Ozama locals singing and playing, people swimming and a Christmas party.

Item is a video with a behind-the-scenes video titled "The making of Barclay personal taste," which shows the making of a Barclays commercial, as well as samples, of different lengths, of commercials made for Barclays. Features various sets, setting up sets, shots of downtown Vancouver and inside the Vancouver Public Library Central Branch, actors and film crews. Video also includes a making of video for the commercial "Manifesto 2002 Caritas Brunnen" and samples of a German and English version of the finished commercial. Features a model of a mouth. "Manifesto Films August 2002 making of CableCom in Vancouver" gives a behind-the-scenes look at the making of a commercial for CableCom. In addition to the completed CableCom commercial video includes other Manifesto Films commercials; a Panasonic commercial, a Cheveron commercial for Orthene Fire Ant Killer, a Fox commercial for the Emmy Awards, two Kinder Bueno commercials, and a Hero FruitKiss commercial.

Item contains random pieces of footage including some crime reenactment scenes (that have fairly bad video dropout), Christmas themed graphics featuring actors faces in Christmas decorations, a close-up shot of a Christmas tree ornament, graphics for a Christmas-themed "Sports Page with Dave Rondorf," a Canucks logo with holly, BC Lions logo with a Santa Claus hat, a Christmas Vancouver 86ers logo, other holiday graphics, people at a [Christmas] party, UTV Holiday Magic graphics and advertisement, "Sports Page Freestyle Challenge" graphic, people on a skytrain car as well as footage from the front of a skytrain car near Main St Station, Broadway Station as well as stations in Burnaby and New Westminister, also includes footage of ticket machines, escalators and skytrain cars entering and exiting stations, a graphic/animation that reads "name the three disciplines of freestyle skiing," and a graphic that reads "the first 20 years;" this is the segment that might have been created for the Snowbirds 20th Anniversary celebration documentary. Screens between segments are black or colour bars. The last couple minutes are a black screen with music. Audio is often silent, at times there is classical or jazz music.

Return of the cold warriors [English version]

Item is a half hour television documentary about the history and closing of the last Canadian military base in Germany. This documentary outlines the Canadian Airforce experience in Germany during the Cold War from 1953-1993. Individuals are interviewed who served at Baden Baden, the various airplanes flown by Canadians out of the base are discussed and there is footage of the closing down reunion party and the final military parade and fly-over. Sawmill fire and Jake Loeppky family

Item is an amateur film documenting family life and a sawmill fire in Vancouver. The film consists of home movie footage filmed by Jake Loeppky, including footage of Queen Elizabeth Park, the Stanley Park Zoo, children playing at the family home in Burnaby, children swimming, and the family entertaining at home. The film also includes footage of a logging camp, a large dam, bears, and people waterskiing. Of particular note is several minutes of footage of the five-alarm fire that destroyed the B.C. Forest Products plant and lumber storage facility at 999 West 6th Avenue on July 3, 1960.
