Willingdon - party on Vencedor

Item is an amateur film documenting Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Hamber entertaining Governor General Lord Willingdon, Vancouver Mayor L. D. Taylor, possibly Lady Willingdon, and several other unidentified guests on their yacht Vencedor. The film also shows footage of sailboats on ocean.
