Series consists of reports, minutes and correspondence from the Office of the Director of Recreation Services Division, Board of Parks and Recreation. The records are arranged chronologically by year and, within these divisions, the records are arranged alphabetically by subject. A block numeric classification system - which corresponds to an alphabetic arrangement - was applied in 1970 and 1971.
