The fonds consists of the proceedings of the annual conventions of the Associated Boards of Trade and the B.C. Chamber of Commerce. Minutes of meetings, briefs to governments, resolutions submitted by member Boards, and committee reports are included in the proceedings as well as photographs of the 1923 Associated Board of Trade and the 1952 B.C. Chamber of Commerce conventions.
