In this capacity, it developed the records management classification system that served as the foundation for the organization's recordkeeping procedures. Additionally, the unit oversaw the provision of office space, furniture, and equipment, and was also responsible for personnel and staffing matters.

The series is further divided into three subseries: General Meetings, Personnel, and Records Management System.

Advertising and Awareness Campaign

Subseries contains records relating to BidCorp's local, regional, and national advertising campaigns. IOC guidelines prohibit international advertising, though BidCorp did conduct promotional activities as the 2002 Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City.
