"Peace Palace at the Hague. The first assembly held therein was in 1913. many countries were represented. Dr. Starr Jordan, California, USA stands in the group, also Mr. & Mrs Jonathan Rogers. The conference lasted seven days. The interior of the Palace was not complete at the time the Conference was held there and as per as is known by me. It was the only Peace Conference held in the building before the World War and - the last.
