Photograph is one of nine photographs adhered to a card created by Lord and Lady Willingdon in commemoration of Lord Willingdon's retirement as Governor General in 1931. The card is titled "Lest You Forget."

Beaton

File consists of Octavia Beaton correspondence, newspaper clippings, minutes and reports, lists, cards, leaflets, programs, poetry, prose and two photographs. Includes correspondence with George Beaton, Ralph Beaton, the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Red Cross and the British War Relief Association of Southern California, and informational material from the Hollywood Chapter of Bundles for Britain. File also contains records relating to Beaton's involvement with the Hollywood Woman's Club, including minutes of its first general meeting on October 2, 1940, minutes and reports of its Public Affairs Section, 1942-1943, programs for club events and Beaton's correspondence on behalf of the Club. Also included in the file are clippings relating to the Second World War's effect on the American public, and a photograph of Mary May Beaton.

Artifacts

Series consists of a gavel, a signature stamp and ribbons acquired by L.D. Taylor in the course of his activities as Mayor and between mayoral terms. Ribbons relate to various events attended by Taylor and committees that he was a member of, circa 1926 to 1929.

Photograph is a group portrait showing a number of men and women at an archery event at Jericho Beach. Individuals identified are: Mayor L.D. Taylor, eighth from the right and Alderman E.W. Dean in centre of group.

File also contains incoming correspondence of Ted Taylor and a death certificate for Winifred Mabel Pierce.

Incoming correspondence to Ted Taylor includes letters from Eve West and Horteuse Maddox Davis, and correspondence regarding the revival of the "Garret Club."
