It is arranged in two record series: Architectural drawings (1924-1959) and Reference materials [2004]. Most of the 58 projects represented within this fonds were undertaken by Barratt's own architectural firm.

File consists of records relating to the design of Royal Canadian Air Force station buildings. The file includes drawings for Alliford Bay (15 bed hospital), Smithers (officers' quarters), Comox (officers' mess), Watson Lake (control tower), Patricia Bay (gasoline station), and Kamloops (bomb storage magazines) . The file also includes designs for various buildings where the location is not identified: 40' Fink roof trusses, Station command headquarters W.D. barrack block for 128 Airwomen, 130' clear span hanger, and 160' span seaplane hangers with 2-storey leans-to each side.
