Fonds consists of a scrapbook compiled by Mrs. Emma J. Walker. Included in the scrapbook are Walker's account of the plan, newspaper clippings, copies of resolutions by the National Council of Women, letters of appreciation from Buckingham Palace and from the Office of the Agent-General, and outlines of the Kinsmen Trust scholarships.
