Item is a photograph which is part of a set of twelve miniature photographic prints (AM1052 P1063.02 to AM1051 P-1063.13) depicting various scenes and sites around Vancouver. All 12 prints were contained in the envelope AM1052 P1063.01. Logo for Canadian Photo Co. is on the image.

Big Tree, Vancouver

Item is a postcard showing a group portrait in front of the hollow tree at Stanley Park. Caption on back of postcard: "Close to Siwash Rock and Third Beach in Stanley Park the 65 foot (21 metres) circumference 'Big Tree' stood astride the original road-way. This tree and others similar to it were spared because the park was never logged, due to the lack of column tidal current-free waters safe for booming grounds. Courtesy Lonsdale Antiques and Clocks."

Item is a postcard showing Stanley Park in the fall. Caption on back of photograph: "This park is only ten minutes drive from the very heart of the city. This thousand-acre paradise is known the world over as one of the finest of natural parks. It contains eleven miles of motor roads, five miles of bridle trails and twenty-two miles of footpaths. The park was dedicated in 1889 by Lord Stanley and is named after him."
