2010? It's about making a killing

2010 police state?

"For the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games, some 12,500 cops and soldiers are to be deployed, in both Vancouver and Whistler, in what is described as the largest security operation in Canadian history. . . ."
