Fonds contains legal records pertaining to land purchased by Andrew Anderson in 1890 and sold to Fred Thurston in 1909. Fonds also includes a property tax assessment for the land for 1910. The land involved was D.L. 301, block 80, lots 16 and 17, located at the junction of New Westminster Road (now Kingsway), St. Catherine's Street and 18th Avenue.
